How long does a project typically take to finish?

It depends...

The simple answer - it depends! The typical turn around time is 90 days however the bigger the project, the more time it could take. We always start by asking what the client's deadline in mind is and go from there.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes.

Yes we do on our larger packages. However, our normal payment process is 10% upfront as a non-refundable deposit towards overall cost, 60% due at the time of deliverables, and then the remaining 30% due by the end of the project.

What does future support look like?

A long-term investment.

No matter the circumstance, we view each relationship as a partnership. This is not a short-term fix, but rather a long-term investment.

Moxie Made will always keep an open line of communication before, during, and after project completion and aims to be a resource for our clients to utilize in the future.

If the support needed looks like a monthly maintenance service, we offer that as well.

Do you offer discounts for returning customers?

Yes.

We always appreciate a client coming back to us for any and all future branding needs. To show our appreciation, we offer a returning customer discount of 10% on any of our services.

Are the meetings in person or virtual?

Both.

This is up to the client. We love Zoom meetings just as much as we love face-to-face! Moxie Made is willing to travel if necessary. Depending on distance, travel costs will always be discussed with the client in initial meetings.

Are your prices negotiable?

We work together.

Moxie Made charges services by the hour. The package prices are not negotiable for what is listed however we are more than happy to work with the client to come to agreement + amount that best fits their budget.
